SITIE reached the prestigious milestone of 1,000,000 hours worked without accidents. We celebrated a historic milestone and we want to congratulate all the staff for the proactive attitude and commitment shown to safety.
The achievement of this result is gratifying in a sector that has always been considered very risky.
We succeeded in creating a true culture of safety: a work environment where people are aware of their role and feel encouraged to share their opinions or raise questions about HSE aspects in the workplace.
Rules, procedures, company policies are of fundamental importance. Together with the constant checks in the field, the inspections and the need to report dangerous situations, they are part of that system that can guarantee excellent safety performance.
