SITIE obtained the certifications ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015

SITIE obtained the certifications ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, with regard to the adaptation of its quality management and environmental management systems to the new international standards.
The new systems consider the reduction of risks (related to the variability and complexity of the context in which the company operates), the fundamental element to be pursued towards the Customer and the interested parties. The main changes concern:
- leadership and top management, which increasingly takes on an active and responsible role in guaranteeing the effective application of the systems;
- the importance of evaluating the organization and its context, through the analysis of external factors (e.g. market and competition analysis) and internal factors (e.g. values and culture) deemed relevant for its purposes and strategic directions and which influence its ability to achieve the expected results
- "risk based" management that becomes a fundamental element: the identification of risks, their qualification, their management and continuous control over time and for all processes
- The knowledge and skills
